If there is a strong onsite WiFi connection, photos become available within minutes for download to your guests’ smartphones, adding instant excitement and convenience to your event. Otherwise, all photos are uploaded within 24 hours of your event, ensuring prompt access to every memory. Processed images are available for free, unlimited downloads in a private web-based gallery, accessible for 60 days. Additionally, an optional gallery can be added where guests may purchase high-quality prints and custom photo souvenirs directly, making it easy to transform digital memories into tangible keepsakes. To streamline the process, all guests receive a business card featuring your unique link and a QR code for effortless downloads, ensuring they can relive and share their favorite moments seamlessly.

SET UP REQUIREMENTS
– 8′ wide x 10′ deep area with a minimum ceiling height of 9′
– Standard electrical outlet for computer and monitor.
– 6′ or 8′ table with cover and a chair
BACKDROPS
– Backdrops are only available for indoor events. Outdoor events make use of existing surroundings.
– Standard backdrop (included) is a seamless paper roll backdrop
– Custom Themed Backdrops are available starting at $300 and up. Let us know your theme and we will send you images of what is available as well as pricing.
RATES
$550 for up to 4 hours, including unlimited photos, private gallery, custom card for guests with QR code and download link, and one standard backdrop.
