“Art is the colors and textures of your imagination.” – Meghan Trainor
The natural world is rich in texture. It is a perpetual display of different yet contradicting properties, such as regularity versus randomness, and uniformity versus distortion. I am intrigued by shapes, color patterns, lines, and objects, as well as the space between these patterns. How light reflects and interacts in this negative space creates infinite possibilities for new textures to form and images to be redrawn.
